Overview

For applications such as selection and recruitment, succession planning, and the identification of high potential in individuals, Elements is an efficient and reliable ability measure. Rather than requiring a lengthy series of questions, Elements utilises adaptive technology to tailor the assessment experience by basing the difficulty of future questions on an individual's success rate. This ensures the questions they see are at an optimum level of challenge, and also eliminates an upper ability cap, enabling the individual to demonstrate their full ability. Elements provides a fair assessment experience where difficulty is not predetermined by assumptions of ability, and the individual nature of the experience as well as a deep question library eliminates concerns over test duplication.

You can easily brand the Elements experience to reflect your corporate image, and integrate it with applicant tracking and HR systems. The assessment may be completed remotely but offers results confirmation with an optional six to eight minute verification test completed in person. It is ideal for multinational programmes as it offers assessments and reports in over forty languages.
