Work Behaviour Inventory

Overview

Work Behaviour Inventory (WBI) analyses an individual’s personality in terms of their behavioural work styles – the characteristics of how they act and interact at work. WBI optimises the fit between individuals and position requirements specific to each organisation. It is a reliable measure, legally defensible and proven valid for measuring underlying constructs. WBI can reduce the cost of assessing candidates for job opportunities and roles, and increases confidence in organisational talent assessment.

Work Behaviour Inventory has a number of applications across the talent management life cycle. It offers critical insights into candidates’ job fit and highlights strengths and potential weaknesses. For development WBI identifies benefits and potential limitations across its personality scales and can be used to address areas an individual wishes to improve. It can also be used for effective team building and for working with current and future leaders.
